The FINGR Principle
In my much younger days, I was prone to very irreverent words and actions. I was more than happy to make someone else uncomfortable with swear words or motions that were controversial. That included flipping someone the bird. The you're number one salute was a regular part of my repertoire.
Sports always gave me a great opportunity to tell the other team what I thought of them. In the heat of battle, a double bird might have been deployed a couple of times for those extra special rivals that needed extra encouragement.
Fortunately for me, I don't walk around giving folks the finger anymore. I'd love to tell you that I've matured beyond that. The truth is I just don't want to get in a fight or shot at if we're being honest.
This week, I'm going back in my days and giving you the FINGR. Mnemonics are fun and I'm using one that I can lean into this week to help you get moving with your marketing initiatives.
